I have had the Adobe Creative Suite for years now and this has never happened to me. I have a PC (which just updated this morning) and this evening I noticed something was weird when a font I had synced with my Typekit was still showing as unavailable. In addition to this issue I also realized that my creative cloud app would not open on my computer so I tried redownloading it and error 50 kept coming up. I tried uninstalling it and redoing it but the same error. For some reason my Illustrator and photoshop still work fine but when I tried to redownload those as well the same error occurred. I tried downloading the account manager to see if that would fix the problem and still there was an error. I have no idea why all of a sudden I cannot install things or launch my creative cloud app but this is very frustrating!

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
