I was assured I had ordered a bundled Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Elements product by an Adobe representative on "Chat." I paid and succeeded in downloading the Phtoshop component but found no link to the Premiere component. Please advise. Order number: 1/13/2014 AD010917517

if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps. typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.
