Hi all! Few time ago I download and install Creative Cloud with no problems. I'm using Illustrator but I would like to try Photoshoo. I opened Creative Cloud to download and install the free trial version of Photoshopbut I can not see the area of "App" on the top. I have tried to delete it and reinstall but I'm still not seeing the opzion "App" on the top. Can someone please help me?

As per your description, it seems that the Creative Cloud desktop app is damaged as the 'Apps' tab is missing from it.
To resolve this issue please perform the steps given under 'Solution 3' of the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
