No APP tab on CC drop down - can't download missing apps

My work installed  their own CC on my "new laptop", but it doesn't have Lightroom;  I had purchased my own Student/Educator CC account that I had used on my previous laptop.  The CC icon does not have an APP tab - only  home, assetts, stock, community.  Cannot download Lightroom.

Sorry, but advice given about uninstalling app, then using clean tool was

useless. Just uninstalling step did not work - the current cc kept

blocking the reinstall of my own purchased cc. Colleagues finally found a

thread that went through a much more intensive process - including purging

numerous folders in library and utilities before being finally successful.

p.s. after uninstalling, clean before reinstalling per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
