No Cancel Plan Option

Hello, I have a month to month plan but no longer require the service, I've seen many instructions on how to cancel the plan by going to your manage plan section, but I don't get an option to cancel and I'm wondering where I can go to get the subscription cancelled manually?

Hello, this doesn't work as when I click on manage plan, there is no cancel option, so this method doesn't work.
