Hey guys, I need your help.

I just can't open Adobe Xd CC...because I immediately get this error message:

"Your subscription status can not be confirmed.

No connection with adobe servers possible. There may be no connection to the Internet. Please check your connection and try again below. If you continue to experience problems, read our guide to solving connection problems.
Lizenzierungsfehler | CC 2019 "

My firewall allows the programs, I checked it.

My Internet connection is this: LATENCY 43 ms __DOWNLOAD 2.21 Mb/s __UPLOAD 3.20 Mb/s

I also tried the "Limited Access Repair tool for Windows" ..but it couldn't find any problems.

Still.......I can't run Adobe Xd CC.

Please help, thank you.

delete your adobe.com cookies or use a different browser and, if that fails to solve your problem, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

Ziraeal, what type of Creative Cloud membership do you have?  You mentioned that you checked the firewall settings, do you receive any different errors if you install Adobe XD through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application as discussed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps .

Oh and btw: I tried the https://lm.licenses.adobe.com/vact/ping  test and it said:

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

openresty
So I guess..there's my error...but what can I do now?
