No download history showing in account.
Hi all,
I purchased and downloaded Lightroom a couple of years ago, and have been using it frequently and now can't imagine life without it.
Last weekend following a crash from my MacBook Pro, I needed to install a new hard-drive and lost all the data that hadn't been backed up, which, I found out belatedly, included my emails.
I have today visited my Adobe account to re-download to my new hard drive but find that my account shows no download history and therefore no record of my previous purchase.
Is there any other way of proving my purchase and being able to download something I've already paid for.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
