No download link in the download section.

I ordered the upgrade to Flash Builder 4.7 more than 24 hrs ago. It appears that the order has been processed but there is no download link in the downloads section.

Is there any way to contact Adobe about the problem?

    No help without a contract.

    I don;t need help using the product.

    I purchased an upgrade to Flash Builder 4.7 but there is no download link.

    Is this upgrade only for the creative cloud?

    Jim Rozell Flash Builder 4.7 Premium is now offered as part of the Creative Cloud.  This is why the trial page link refers you to https://creative.adobe.com/products/flash-builder.

    If you have purchased Flash Builder 4.7 Premium from Adobe directly then it should be available under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.  If it is not available then please contact our support team directly using the link provided by Ned in message #1.

    You can also download the installer for Flash Builder 4.7 by following the directions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions prior to scrolling down the page and clicking on the download link.
