"No Downloads" when trying to download past purchases?

Question

I bought adobe creative suite web premium a few years ago before adobe creative cloud. I have recently got a new computer and would like to re-download my software. However when I go into my products and click download a new tab opens up and it simply says "you have no downloads". Can I no longer download old purchases from before adobe creative cloud? I am very frustrated, I simply want to re-download my suite.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!
