No he recibido mi rembolso y ya pasaron 5 días laborales

Hola, soy de México.

El día 17 de Julio del 2020  cancelé mi subscipción antes de los 14 días, para esto me quitaron el valor en pesos mexicanos de US$19.99. Me mandarón correo confirmando mi cancelación y ya es 31 de Julio, aún no me han regresado mi rembolso. 

Para esto no hay asistencia telefonica ni de mensajeria.
