NO HELP OFFERED FROM ADOBE ACTIVATING PAID LICENSED SOFTWARE
I have a licensed PSE6 that I would like to install on a second computer; however, it can not be installed online because product support has been discontinued. I have entered the serial number and get a green check mark but since the adobe site this product used to connect to for registration is no longer up, the only way it can be registered is by phone;however, since Adobe no longer offers phone registration....whom can I contact to provide me an activation code? I do have the serial number, activation number, and activation type. I also still have my product receipt which was purchased directly from Adobe. I need the phone ACTIVATION CODE. If anyone has a contact that would be able to provide me with the ACTIVATION CODE to allow me to use the product I have already purchased (other than CHAT....they sent me here)... please help.
