No link to download

Hi

I have a problem. In 2012, I bought the adobe creative suite 6 Design & Web Premium on adobe.com for my Macbook pro. It has always worked and I was verry happy with it. But a few days ago my laptop had some problems and i had to change the hard drive. Basically, i've lost everything on my computer. It was ok, because I knew that I could download the creative suite on my adobe account. But I can't find the link to download it. I've been in my "products" and I see it with the series number but when i go the historic (where i'm suppose to find the link) there is nothing, like i've never bought it.

I really want/need to have it back. And there is NO WAY that i pay again and every month !!

I made a mistake because i've never put it on external hard drive but i should be able to download it from the website.

Please please please help me !
