No me aparece opcion para instalar Illustrator en PC

Estoy tratando de instalar mis aplicaciones en una nueva PC pero solo me da opción de instalar Illustrator en modo tableta. Cuando intento instalarlo para PC me pone lo de que estoy en otro país, selecciono el mío y me pone error. A Alguien le pasa? como lo solucionaron

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:

Melissa, can you install other applications on the computer, or does Windows always want to install them in tablet mode? What version of Windows is installed on the PC? Please make sure that you are not connected to a VPN, and if you continue to receive an error message that you are in a different country, contact whoever manages the computer's network to verify it is using the recommended settings. Using a VPN to show as a different location or having misconfigured network settings could cause the computer to report itself in a different country/location. ^JW

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies in your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
