No me carga la aplicación de Creative Cloud en Escritorio

Esto afecta mi trabajo el cual estoy haciendo inutilmente, que puedo hacer para arreglar esto ya que mi trabajo ya es muy lento y aveces tengo que reiniciar la lap para proseguir igualmente econ photoshop

y lightroom , cuando no se activa la aplicación todo se vuelve interminable

what problem do you see when trying to install the cc desktop app from the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

We're sorry for the trouble. Do you get this issue while opening Creative Cloud destop application? Do you have enough space on your hard drive?

too much space is not a problem.  what problem do you see when installing the cc desktop app from the link i suggested?
