No menu toolbar in creative cloud. How to install photoshop?

Hello,

I bought subscription for Photoshop.

I uninstalled trial creative cloud and photoshop.

Download and installed creative cloud and there is no menu toolbar in creative cloud.

How to install photoshop???

    uninstall, clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

    before reinstalling follow step 2 here, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed
