"No mountable file systems" Error on Mac

I am trying to install adobe creative cloud onto my new macbook pro. I keep getting this error when I try to open the download "no mountable file systems" I am not sure what to do, I have creative cloud on my macbook air and that works fine. I have never had an issue downloading things onto apple products but this is a brand new macbook pro...
