No online help - and I can't remove my credit card details!

Hi -- I'm posting here since Adobe doesn't appear to have any actual way to contact them other than by phone.

I have cancelled my subscription (mostly because I realised I can't switch off auto-renew and then was essentially fined for doing so), and there is no way to remove my credit card details from the Adobe website. This is not acceptable and very likely not legal (which I will be investigating).

Pretty shameful also that you are fining people for cancelling subs in a time when many designers are out of work.
