No Option to Download Premiere Pro After Puchasing Free Trial?

Hi all, I purchased the free trial for premiere pro, and I am able to see it under my plans. However when I go to my apps, I can only see the free trial and buy options in both the Creative Cloud app and in browser. I've tried logging in and out of both, and restarting the Creative Cloud app. As a result I can't find a way to actually install the premiere pro app, which is quite frustrating.

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

what happens when you click free trial option?

It pull up the free trial plan options, and then I get a pop-up saying that I already have a premiere plan

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
