No option to install Photoshop

I'm trying to install photoshop, I've signed up, purchased, and installed creative cloud. When I go to the photoshop page it doesn't give me the option to install - only Try or Buy? When I click these options it says "you already own photoshop" - so how do I install it??

Assuming you are already signed in with the same Adobe ID that you used to join the Cloud, try

When you have a subscription
-sign in to your account with your ID and password
-Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
