No product on account
A few days ago I changed my computer and the product I wanted to install with number

stopped working for me. There is no product on my account at

When i enter it into my account to register, it says it has already been registered. I don't have any other email address i possibly could have used and I don't understand what's going on. I want to make sure this is the correct serial number and everything is going to install fine. Is there any way for adobe to look up this serial number and tell me if it is registered to me and why it may not be showing up in my account?
