No puedo instalar creative cloud
Estoy intentando varias veces instalar el creative cloud pero se queda al 5% o 100% y no se completa.
ya estoy buscando varias soluciones pero ya no se que hacer, espero por favor alguien me ayude :c

Are you on Mac or Windows? What version is it?
Since you are facing the issues, please use the cleaner tool and remove all the Creative Cloud apps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Once done please use this link to download the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html#Problemsinstall....

From the app, please download the Creative Cloud applications.
