Ive been waiting for over an hour for a response from a customer support representative through chat and NO RESPONSE. I don't see an option to simply send an email either. Has anyone else had issues with a chat representative responding?

ALSO....has anyone else had their credit card compromised due to exposed password in the massive email leak?????

Are you referring to the high profile data breach back in 2013?

I had only recently learned that there was a high profile data breach. Maybe a month ago it came across as breaking news for some reason. I later learned that it was from 2013.Regardless of when it was, it made me very uncomfortable learning that Adobe was on the list of account info that was compromised  . What made it worse was the very next day I learned that my debit card had been hacked and someone in New Hampshire had drained hundreds of dollars from my bank account. Online dating services, and other subscriptions that I didn't authorize.  It may not have had anything to do with Adobe ,but the fact that all of my account info was vulnerable makes me uneasy and I canceled that debit card and wanted to communicate with a represenative to see my options seeing as i no longer use adobe anyway, and I will not be adding payment options to Adobe anymore . Sorry for the long reply. I'm sure a simple YES would have been sufficient .

My credit card from 2013 could not be used today for fraud.
