No Serial Number

In 2010 I downloaded Acrobat 9 Pro, and it has been great.  I registered the product, but the product and serial number do not show up on my Adobe profile.  Now I have a new computer, and want to transfer the license, but with no serial number, I'm stuck.  I'm sure that Adobe has a record of the download under my user profile somewhere.  What can I do??
