No serial number on DVD sleeve

Just purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 from Best Buy. There is NO 24 digit serial number on the DVD sleeve. There is an 8 digit number .On the box is a inch tall UPC code that says scan to activate product that has a 19 character code with both letters or numbers. ???????

The 20 digit alpha-numeric number is your redemption code that you use to get your 24 digit serial number.
