No serial number on the product

Hi,

I received the product "adobe photoshop elements11 & premiere elements11" in a box. But there's no serial number. The CD was in a paper envelope with nothing written on it. Neither at the back of the box. I received an e-mail, but this was only the delivery status. Is there any way to get this number or do i have to return the product?

    I've just asked an agent and he told me to submit a scan of the box to my open support cases. Maybe they could help me then.

    But i guess, i'll have to return the product, if there's no other way to get this number ...


    a scan of the box or the disk case/sleeve?
