No puedo gestionar ni descargar ni actualizar solo me sale este aviso en el Creative Cloud 
"No tiene acceso a la gestión de aplicaciones"

Hi, i have my own account trying to install some apps inside a Mac at my office  and i am having the same issue. I updated my Mac OSx to Catalina and updated Creative cloud and now i am having this issue.

Hola! no he podido instalar las aplicaciones porque en el creative cloud de escritorio me sale el mismo error. Yo soy el único administrador y no se como solucionarlo. Al parecer es el mismo error que se menciona aquí.

Hola, pudiste solucionar el problema? yo tengo el mismo, me puse en contacto con ADOBE y no me pudieron ayudar, o no supieron qué tenía y fueron muchas horas de mi caso.

Me ocurre lo mismo, pude instalar en un computador pero en otro me sale "No tienes acceso a la gestión de aplicaciones"

ya probé cerrando sesión, iniciando con otra y volviendo a la anterior, reinciando... no logro solucionarlo

I am sorry to hear that, Tomas.  Can you please answer the same question that was asked of Manuel?  What type of Creative Cloud membership do you have?  In addition, are you installing the software on a computer and network that you own and operate?

Manuel Lopez, that error typically is not associated with an individual account.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?
