no upgrade to Lightroom 5 in CC - at least for french users
Will Lightroom 5 be avalaible in the Creative Cloud. Until now, it is not the case and we have no clues whether it will be or not?

Yes Lightroom 5 is included with the Creative Cloud subscription.
