NO way to sign in to complete install

I just downloaded the Adobe program. I am a previous user. After downloading and agreeing, it required a sign-in. The pop-up page was blank. So I re-downloaded and did the cycle 5 times... no way to sign in on a blank pop-up page. There is no one to call or NO HELP available. Can you help me? It appears I paid for a non-operatble product... Thank you for your time.

I am sorry then, Jane, I don't understand. What is the specific error you are encountering while opening Acrobat or are you never able to enter the proper password to begin the installation process while installing on your Mac computer? ^JW

After the double clicking a white screen popped up after a messsge that
registration was required.

I migrated my data over. I went it and moved my previous version folders to
trash and now it looks like it is downloading… I am at 81%

It now says welcome to acrobat.

Fingers crossed!!!

Jane, thanks for posting your question. Are you using your new subscription to install on a computer at home, or is the computer or network managed by an organization? Please see https://adobe.ly/43CoIOm for more information on how to begin the download and install process for Acrobat. ^JW

I watched the tutorial... I read the web page.
I had downloaded dmg installer 5 different times and completed the double
clicking, but when it said I need to register the page was blank.

I was able to go to ADOBE and log in successfully... so I KNOW my password.
I hesitate to keep downloading a sixth time on a BRAND NEW computer.

I purchased the Adobe STANDARD rather than PRO this time.
