Non disponi dell’accesso per gestire le app

La scheda App è mancante o viene visualizzato un messaggio che indica che l’utente non dispone dell’accesso per gestire le app.

come faccio ad entrare?

I'm sorry.... I've the same problem and the link you paste it's not usefl. It suggest to contact the IT admin or something else but I'm the admin, considering that's my private PC. I don't know how to proceed at all. 

In creative cloud I receive that message and contemporary, if I unistall all the "suite" and then I proceed to install it again, the process freeze at 40.1% and stop.

 

Any suggestions?
