Non riesco a scricare creative cloud

Sto provando da ore a scarica Creative cloud sul mio mac, l'installazione arriva al massimo al venti percento e poi esce il messaggio che ci metterà più tempo e per ore non va più avanti. Ho bisogno di scaricarlo per poter usare le applicazioni che pago, come posso fare? Ho bisogno di aiuto al più presto

Ciao ho avuto lo stesso problema ma si blocca a 1%, ho seguito tutte le soluzioni che sono presenti sul sito (cambiando host oppure scaricando programmi per riparare) ma nulla e quando riprovo a installare c'è solo la sfumatura e la rotella che gira. Tu come hai risolto?
