non si apre acrobat Pro DC

Segnalo un problema al software Acrobat Pro DC da me acquistato lo scorso 5 settembre.

Non è più possibile utilizzare il programma: tutte le volte che tento di aprire un file PDF (sia con doppio clic

sia spostando l’icona su Acrobat nella barra strumenti) si apre invece Adobe Application manager.

Ma è impossibile immettere il numero di serie, non lo prende!

Ho provato a reinstallare il software, tornando sul mio login. Una volta installato, però, si ripete

la stessa sequenza: NON SI APRE ACROBAT MA L’APPLICATION MANAGER!

Here the screenshots: first prevents me from opening Acrobat, the second to show how it is just impossible to fix the serial number and achieve a result.
