None of my CC Programs are opening

I use a Macbook Pro running Mac OS Catilina 10.15.4 and I've noticed that a day or two after installing the update that none of my CC programs are opening. It will look like its loading the progam but it just is a black screen? I've attached a screenshot of the black screen I am talking about.

Can anyone help?
