Question

None of my programs are opening

For the past few months, if I attempt to open any of my CS6 programs, a pop up about wanting to renew my subscription with Creative Cloud pops up and when I say quit, it still won't open my program. I tried uninstalling my CS6 and reinstalling, but that did not work. If anyone has any suggestion on how to fix this issue, please let me know. Thank you.

EDIT

I can not afford a new subscription, so that solution will not work

Okay, That somewhat worked. I am no longer getting the subscription but I am now getting

"Adobe Application Manager, required to verify your license, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager."

When I go to the site, I am very confused cause I don't see the form. Al ir is asking is for me to download CC which I already have downloaded.

Hi brittneytorres,

I understand that you get renewal message when you open your CS6 apps. I would suggest you to check if you have installed any trial version CC apps in your machine. If so, pleas uninstall them.

Also please rename OOBE folder to OOBE.old in your machine at the below location.

windows: C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Adobe

MAC: /library/application support/Adobe/OOBE

Please let me know if this works or if any further assistance is required. Thanks!
