Hi, I am looking for a phone number to place a complain Adobe Support in India. I dii to speak with someone in management level in US. People are in INdia are not helping me. They even don't give me call back when they promise. I am always by hour and hours waiting for their calls.

the best way to get adobe help, if your issue can't be answered in these forums, is to use chat.  using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
