Not a happy customer

You sign up for something. You go to use it. It then askes you to pay for it again. You try and use the help options and all they do is send you round in circles asking for this and that and the other. so I finally got to this section to register my total annoyance at not getting a simple answer to a simple question, easily!

 

If one has a problem with a programme. It should say - Go here for help! end of story. Instead one looses the will to live hunting round these .... menus!

 

if this is business trying to win people over...sorry but this is hell!

Sometimes a paid plan reverts to trial mode.  This is usually corrected by signing out of Creative Cloud and quitting the desktop application.   Re-launch CC Desktop app and sign-in with your paid Adobe ID and password.
