    Hi Rutikj14939620,

"Download Support Advisor" is a generic error and we need to figure out what is causing the trouble. Most of the time, its an issue with the download that it was not successful or downloaded properly. So, in such cases, download the software again and make sure to compare the file size of the downloaded file with the file on the server.  Download Creative Suite 6 applications

Lets check that in this case as well and make sure the download is complete, If the file size is correct, we need the install.log file.

Navigate to the log files in one of the following folder :

    Mac OS: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\

The log file name includes the product name and install date, followed by ".log.gz." The extension .gz indicates a compressed format.

You can use any file extractor program to extract the 7z or gz file.

Once uncompressed, the log file is a plain text file, Open the .log file using  TextEdit (Mac OS) and Notepad (Win OS)

Scroll to the bottom of the log. Look in the - Summary - section for lines that start with ERROR or FATAL and indicate a failure during the installation process.

Copy and Paste that SUMMARY section in here so that we can check the errors. You might also analyze the logs yourself. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html
