Not able to connect to my assets from Windows system

I have created a shared directory with 2 sub folders. I am able to access from a Linux or MacOS system but when I try with Windows it complains that I am in Canada, which indeed I am.

I want to share these files with people who probably use MS systems and thet are having problems.

This problem only occurred with a M$ box, Mac and Linux systems both worked. I created another folder with a different name and transferred all the files. Generated a new link address and all seems OK.
