I subscribed today for a month and the payment was done, but not able to download the applications.

What error message did you get? Can you show a screen shot? Please explain what the specific steps you used when you tried to download.

Adobe makes many different products and services.  What exactly did you order?

If you ordered Creative Cloud software, please check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for CC Desktop App + other software titles.

Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements

Also ensure that your computer user profile has full administrative privileges to install software.  If this is a Teams or Enterprise account, contact your IT department to help you.
