Not able to install Adobe Illustrator

I just purchased the single app option of illustrator and when I click on the adobe creative cloud it says install. It installs but then returns to have an install option, it never opens.. What do I do?

As you have mentioned that you are trying to install Adobe Illustrator and unfortunately, it appears to install again instead of showing an open button. I am hoping you have tried Rcraighead's already. If you need further assistance with this, please check for the error in the log file and try to troubleshoot it accordingly. PC or Mac?

Have you tried launching it from the "Applications" folder, if on Mac?
