Not able to install CS3

Hi Jeffrey

I was told by Adobe Customer Service that they were no longer supporting CS3.

We have bought new computers and wanted to transfer the licensing over but we have issues with the installation.

    Annetteb77 you were informed correctly there is no longer any guided installation support provided for Creative Suite 3 via phone or chat.

    What specific errors are you receiving when you attempt to install Creative Suite 3?  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot installation with install logs | Adobe Creative Suite 3, Adobe Creative Suite 4​.

    Hi Jeff,

    It seem that we have exceeded the number of activations. So we need Adobe to reset their server correct?

    So it's actually an activation problem and not installation problem. My apologies.

    Thanks for the update Annette.  Yes if you have exceeded the amount of allowable activations please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care and request that your activation count be increased.

    If you have available activations but are unable to contact the activation server then see Advanced solutions to connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications for details on how to resolve the connection error preventing activation.
