Not able to login on Creative Cloud Desktop on Mac

Is anyone else having issues with logging on to Creative Cloud via Mac desktop application? I keep getting the error message "You have been logged off - it was not possible to approve your adobe ID. Login with your adobe id and your password again" I have tried to reset my password and uninstall/install the app again, no luck. Really frustration that I can't get access to my photos because I use Lightroom Cloud, and when it's not possible to login in, I have no access.

So I have bit the bullet and followed the below solution...

...and it worked!! Hope that you get it sorted too.

Yes, exactly the same here too. I can login via the website but not the desktop app. Driving me nuts as I can't sync my fonts from Adobe to my inDesign files, so I can't work! This appears to have been an ongoing issues for years and should have been sorted by Adobe. I'm using OSX Catalina and have no idea if their 'solutions' from years ago are still relevant. C'mon Adobe sort this out!

I got it sorted by other means, but that is just too many steps to do for a service you pay good money to use in my opinion. It's not supposed to be the user who needs to do all of that to get the service to work properly. But I'll mark it as correct answer since you got it to work, so something correct must be described 🙂 Thanks for replying to my post 🙂
