As you can see here its asking for my password and every time i enter my password weather it be my log in for my computer or my Adobe ID password it still won't accept it, please help!!!

That is your operating system asking for an administrator password.
If you are not an administrator on your system then whatever you're trying to achieve will not work.
You must enter an admin username and password in the box. It has nothing to do with your Adobe ID.
