not activated purchased subscription. PC Windows device. I am trying to find the answer to your question and reinstall the app.

mail came confirmation of purchase. but it is not activated. I can not use the product

confirm your subscription is active (and you're using the correct adobe id), Adobe ID

then install the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud  and use it to install your subscription programs.

if the cc app only offers trials for your programs, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
