Not adobe genuine software?

I receive an error when trying to download adobe muse from the creative cloud from the adobe website. It says "Adobe genuine software validation failure. The product you are trying to install is not an adobe genuine software and appears to be counterfeit" How can it be counterfeit when I am downloading from the adobe website from my creative cloud account?

Known issue. There's a patch available for the AAM (Adobe Application Manager).

This is the error I received after installing the application manager and running install
