not allowed to downloading from the creative cloud marketplace (ex. a iPhone mockup)

i have the photographer membership, but when i try to download something from the creative cloud marketplace (ex. a iPhone mockup) it says that this function is only for paying members... isn´t I a paying member with the photographer-membership payed for one year ahead....
