Not being charged as a student account

Hi all,

I have had a student creative cloud account for the past 3 years and when I got the renewal notice this year, the price was that of a normal account. I can find no way to change that, and when I went to the plan options to purchase a new student account it will not let me because it says I already have one. Adobe support was useless (well, they may have had a solution but I wasn't about to wait two hours on hold for them). Does anyone have a solution?

You should have recieved a message asking you to show your student credentials. that should have happened around the renewal date.

In the case you do not find that information, you absolutly need to Contact Customer Care as account problems cannot be solved on the fora.
