How do I contact support? My creative cloud is saying I cant download Lightroom because it is not compatible. The requirements it says I need to have - I have. I have verified this and yet it won't let me download it. I am paying for the software and would like to use it.

    Make sure the Creative Cloud app is up to date.

    by "my creative cloud", do you mean your creative cloud desktop app?

    what are your specs?

    what version of lightroom are you trying to install?
