Not compatible issue while trying to install Indesign 15

We have several users attempting to install Indesign 15 but Creative cloud show incompatible, we have attempted uninstall and install 15.

Hi Robert,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Bob is absolutely correct. If you are using windows 10, please install all the updates (Feature Updates mainly) and then try to install the app. You may also check the link https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4028685/windows-10-get-the-update to know how to install latest Windows 10 Update. 
If you are using macOS, make sure you have the recommended specs as per the help article given by Bob.

If you're on Windows note the variations of Windows 10 that are supported.
