When I wanna install CS6 Matster Coll. I'm asked to verify my lisence no., but when doing so I'm met with a statement that the computer is not connected to the internet and all I get access to is a 7 day trial period - why? And how do I get around this silly situation? Does anybody know? Thanks in advance. 🙂

yes, they did by contacting adobe support, but again, it's easier to activate offline.

Update your operating system and browser to support TLS 1.2 protocol.

if the op does that they risk a bigger problem: os and cs6 compatibility.

5 months later and TLS1.2 or higher are industry-wide requirements now.

there can be a number of issues causing the problem of connecting to adobe's secure servers.  one is listed in the previous response.

the easiest solution is to activate offline using an updated computer or mobile device.

TLS 1.2 is now required to connect https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
-on Windows be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the above link
-test your browser https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
