I get the msg 'this serial number is not for a qualifying product' when i enter the serial number for my CS3 when trying to upgrade to CS6

    I am currently haveing a simliar problem? From CS5, i get the same message, who do I need to contact?

    On what system? What product are you upgrading from which otehr product? Anything special like edu version?
